Both of my children joined Team Feidt two years ago. They truly enjoy the classes, and I've seen tremendous improvement in their ability to focus. Everyone at the dojo has been so welcoming and supportive. In fact, I've been so impressed, that i decided to join the team as well. Not only is it an amazing workout, but I've gained strength and confidence in myself. In addition, it has been great for my mental well-being and is my self-care. I can't say enough positive things about Team Feidt and all of the wonderful staff.

Both my children started at the dojo about a year ago. From day one, EVERYONE has been so welcoming and friendly. It feels like our family away from home while at the Dojo. My children LOVE going to class and can't wait for the next class, karate camp, parent night out or extra activity the Dojo has planned. Throughout this past year my children have learned so much from their instructors. They have become better listeners at home and school. As well as improved their strength and ability to focus. So happy with this dojo! My 6 year old son started the little dragons program at 3 years old and is now in the juniors program… couldn’t ask for better role models for my son! I love not only the karate aspect but also the positive life skills he is learning!

I have grown so much as a person since starting classes here. I would bring my granddaughter to class and watch, then I started kickfit and eventually karate as well. My fitness level has gone up, I feel great, and it's good for your spiritual health as well. All of the instructors really care about each and every student, and their parents as well. If I can start classes in my late 50's, and be successful, you too can do it! They also have group runs that are fun, engaging, and keep you well conditioned. A family friendly atmosphere where all students are taught respect and consideration for their fellow man. There is always a free trial going on, so give it a try and see for yourself.

Going there for years - great instructors,! Kids are learning a number of life skills - goal setting, discipline, respect, perseverance, fitness, performing in front of a group, how to protect themselves, the list goes on. It's also very family-focused. Planned activities throughout the year beyond the dojo classes.

My daughter Chloe loves going to karate since day one! A girl I work with told me about this place that she has brought her daughter to for years now. They offer 2 free classes to see if your child is interested and enjoys it before signing up! The instructors are amazing especially Deshi Meyers who is fantastic, patient, helpful with all the kids, and takes his time with them! The instructors enjoy what they do and it shows. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat!!!!

I showed up with all my kids, doubting any place could do what I needed. Slowly, they eroded my doubt and built up belief in its place.
The instructors are gifted, the other families have seen it, and they all want to help give you what this place gives them.
Leave your bad day at the door and it'll be gone at the end of class. It's amazing.

My son and I have been training at Team Feidt for the past 5 years and it’s easily become our second home. Everyone at the dojo is so welcoming and supportive. We have met some of our closest friends there. It’s a great atmosphere to train in. It makes me want to continue to train and work hard. I couldn’t imagine my life without Team Feidt.
